Stil no response in tax certificate enquiry

Since my last report, I have not even had a call!!! No communication whatsoever! I still have no indication as to where I stand and how long until I have my corrected tax certificate. In fact, I don't even know if anyone is attending to my query.
But don't worry, it seems to me that The Council for Medical Schemes responds quite fast. They might get you guys at Bonitas to respond to my query. I emailed them about the issue and within an hour I had my official complaint forms, which I am completing and sending back to them tomorrow morning.
I am also making sure they know about all my issues, including not notifying me about increase of contributions., amongst other little things like, not notifying me about my new membership number, post amalgamation etc etc etc.
