Sorry I left Medshield for Bonitas

I left Medshield because of bad service and joined BONITAS Nov/Dec 2012. The application was botched by Bonitas. The 2 things which P me off are. Firstly the didn't capture my debit order info which was on the form and so I started off with a suspended medical aid. The premium is inflated with late joiner fees which is illegal because all the required certificates to prove I have had a medical for the last 18 years were supplied. My broker has spoken to them and I have logged a call on their website and still we have not heard a thing from them. They don't reply on the queries and my broker has been promised several times that they will resolve the issue HOWEVER NOTHING!! I have been advised to pay the premium so the medical suspension can be lifted but they still have not reduced the premium. I am going to hand this to the council for medical schemes tomorrow morning if they have not fixed it by COB today.
