Unpaid amount not submitted to medical aid

I received an sms about an unpaid amount of R130, 80 ref D4144776.
Chantel Burgh/Berg assisted me.
She indicated that there were 4 of the same amounts so she could not say which one failed, but at the same time she said that 1 was rejected as a duplicate.

On my Discovery statement there are only 3 of the amounts listed and all paid by the medical aid. There are no amounts listed under "Claims not paid".

Whether this amount is covered or not, it needs to be submitted to my medical aid and recorded by them.

If there is a problem in this process, it should be between Pathcare and Discovery to resolve the issue.

Chantel said that all she can do is send me a statement and I must deal with it.
She would not resubmit the amount to my medical aid.
This is not acceptable.
