Was told to leave after waiting for 1h30 for Dr

Took my 4year old daughter to Kloof medi-clinic, she had fever and was very restless after a sleepless nite. The reception was excellent and was told to wait for the doctor to check my baby.after 1h15 minutes of waiting with a feverish restless baby, I go to the nurses station politely and calm I even wanted to cry asking around 5 of the nurses when are we going to be attended because people who came after us were being helped.eunice molefe, with a bad attitude told me that that's how they work.i then told her that I do understand that' how they work but it doesn't help us to come to emergency service centre with a sick child and not get any help. With a attitude she then told me that if I feel that I can't wait I should go.she even told me that my baby was stable and they didn't give her anything to stabilize her for that matter.i then told her that I can't just leave with a sick baby and after waiting for such a long time.i felt so belittled in front of all those nurses and she didn't even care to explain how they work and apologise for the delay. I am paying for the services and it is a private hospital for that kind of attitude. Eunice molefe is just rude and unprofessional
