Very Bad service rendered to the poor public

The service that I've been experiencing at Luvuyo Clinic I can't even explain in words... the nurses there simple don't know the "Batho Pele Principle"... they take their time in assisting public when they finally call you in u have to wait for them as they are on BBM/Watsup and other social networks... Yesterday was worse the was a baby that was very sick, the little has been crying so bad but they did nothing only when they realized that she loosing Oxygen only then they stood up and assisted and Ambulance had to be called to transport the little baby to a biger hospital..after that they went back to their phones and chatting among themselves, I took my baby to his Vaccinations when I was fed up of waiting I went to ask for my baby's folder I got inside and 3 Nurses and a gentlemen (non staff) were there chatting and laughing in warm heated room while we freezing on the metal chairs, asked for the folder Sister ZIDWE said in a very bad manner I must wait outside, she was doing nothing, went back outside and they were people who waiting from the morning to be assisted decided to to take my baby's clinic card them I told her that this bad service will be reported, the male said.
