Non-payment of cholestrol test/Chronic Medicines

Dear Rushinka,
Following our telecon last Monday I received an email asking me to telephone the chronic dept to arrange delivery or collection of my chronic medicines. When I telephoned on Tuesday I spoke to a Meyer or Mia who knew nothing about the arrangement - she said she was going to look into the matter and phone me back but didn't - still waiting for my chronic medicines - now 3 weeks since I first sent you documentation.
Also waiting for confirmation that my cholestrol test will be paid for. My test result was 7.04mmol/L. That result is well above the 6.00mmol/L as stated in your documentation!!
I do hope that this matter can be sorted out quickly.
