Was charged for a no show for 3 nights

Was charged for three rooms for no show. Comunication problem with my pa. Arrived one day later. Its my first time to stay here and also my last time. Even if i have to pay tripple somewhere else. Will not stay at cape town lodge hotel. We did contact them to move room from tuesday to thurday but my pa moved it wednesday in error, leon koekemoe
