How can you expect that I pay another's account?!?

My sister and I were both previously on the same medical aid, and we both went to Unitas Hospital. Because we were on the same medical aid, we were sent a JOINT account (which I did not know at the time), which I was paying off. I inadvertently OVERPAID MY OWN ACCOUNT, as well as my sister's account, because who would expect that they receive an account for another person??? After I overpaid my own account, I asked that the extra be transferred to my sister's account, that she may only need to pay the BALANCE of the OUTSTANDING amount. Chantel Bester [Email Removed] ASSURED me that I would no longer be contacted for an outstanding account that isn't even mine, but of course, she is incompetent, and after a discussion today she demanded that I ENSURE THAT THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT ON MY SISTER'S ACCOUNT BE PAID??
How inethical can you be to demand that one person pay ANOTHER person's account? We may be family, but we are adults, and do NOT live in the same household. Quite frankly you should only be expected to pay your children, or your spouse's accounts, NOT ANOTHER'S?!?
