Defrauding college students

The above person has been posing as an personnel agency for NETCARE group. she contacted me promising my sister a job as a data capture at the netcare hospital (Umhlanga), guranteed position if she paid 2900.00 into a Mrs M Pillay account, i know this sounded to good to be true however my sister being a student in desperate need of a job accepted and did the transfer from my accout via eft. interviews upon interviews were promised and cancelled after the 2nd time i requested a refund this was the 2 Sept however to this date nothing. she sent me a fake sms from nedbank as proof of payment after week of telling her no funds have cleared she tells me this morning it is cause it was reversed and she will do a direct deposit into my account 10am today, ... still nothing.

she is s a 'doctor and King Edward hospital known as DR V
