Premuim increase - no communication

All relevant documentatuion sent, including court order - verbalised that i could not afford a dratic increase.
without communication my debit order was doubled, i am now short of the debt review payment, what do i do??? discovery has been contacted and offers no immediate help, have to wait for 10 days!!! im in breach of contract because of discovery health, were is the notification of increase??? IS THIS LEGAL???
