I called in for two queries/ claims on my medical aid which has not been resolved after 3 months.
I spoke to Gcodbani Macwili who was extremely rude and did not even give me a chance to explain!
He made me so angry that I feel like cancelling my medical aid completely!
On a another note I have not recieved my medical aid card as yet even though I have reported this on Hello Peter previously, do you not make courteousy calls?
