PAY MY BILL BEFORE I SUE YOU!!

Quite frankly this company would win hands down 1st place as SA worst company. The service, staff, switchboard and management are useless and I am being kind. Were did you get your staff? They cant talk rite, are dumb as, incompetent to the hilt. They all must of been homeless tramps with no education or training. You people cant even transfer a call to certain people without being passed on and on by a least 5/6 others. As for paying claims out. You cant even do that rite!
I came to your office in Boskruin from Durban to speak to you guys regarding my issues, as your company is too stupid to be able to do on a telephone. In fact I came to tell you guys I no longer wanted your service due to the above. Begs and pleys and promises for me to stay and all issues would sorted out and I wont have any more. I stayed. How stupid was I nothing has changed expect your a bigger bunch of 's than I thought. Bills still have not been paid even though in front of 5 people Michael you said you would take care of. Days away from judgement from nedcare hosp because u cant read an invoice with a auth note by yourselves. 5 months to pay. Now 8 months and still no payment. Handed over again AMPATH
