There is something seriously wrong with this Medical aid Resomed or Resolution Health, they take 14 days to respond to your query, when you call them they do not answer their phone. People if you paying to this medical aid you could be loosing you money as this company looks like they going bang? I have been struggling 3 months now to get an account paid and 14 days to get an account pre-auth. No Managers on duty, call centre people cannot talk English
