Discusting Attitudes

Ampath is quick to send you letters to take legal action agains you, but when you call them to try and resolve the matter they are not helpful and have discusting attitudes.
They claim to have submitted the documentation to the Medical Aid and have not received payment, but do not follow up with the medical aid nor do they attempt to phone the Medical aid.
Every time I deal with Ampath I just end up being dissapointed and frustrated with the lack of service.
