This is my second complaint about Ampath.

I have previously made a complaint on Hellopeter and received no response (what a surprise). I am forced to use their pathology services whenever I go to the Donald Gordon Medical Centre. The DGMC does not have a Lancet branch unfortunately. I am admitted to the hospital every 2 months for blood work and every time Ampath get the accounts messed up and send me bills that have been paid. This time however they went to the ITC and I got a letter stating that legal action will be taken if I didn't pay the R500 outstanding that should have been taken off my hospital account in the first place.

Can you imagine getting a bad credit rating for R500 that isn't even your fault. Not being able to buy a house or get a loan because of their sloppy account handling??? AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS guys. save yourself some hassle.
