Worst hotel on the continent

I am currently staying at the Protea Arcades Zambia. I am absolutely furious at the service and quality of the hotel thus far. I paid R2000 a night to stay here and have not had hot water for two days straight... in the middle of winter!!! My room key periodically stops working leaving me stranded in the corridor as I have to walk between two rooms to try to take a shower! And to top it off I received terrible service at the restaurant tonight, having to wait an hour for my food and then the bill was incorrect!! This is absolutely unacceptable and when I return to South Africa I am going to advise my entire company to not stay in a protea hotel again if this is the level of service we can expect!!!
