Selfmed Medical Scheme
Even with Pre Auth I am left with a hefty bill

I am disgusted to say the least in Selfmed. My monthly contributions are well over the R3500.00 mark and yet I am left with hefty bills to pay, even after a pre authorisation number has been obtained.
How do you justify an account from Krugersdorp PVT of R 2 671.28 and all you pay is R 571.29, what was the use of obtaining pre authorisation then?
My Pre Auth number was: 013847275
Why do I bother keeping you then?
I think I need to start looking for another Medical Aid, and just MAYBE this "rumour" of Selfmed going under curatorships is not so far fetched after all
