"PLEASE BE ASSURED OF OUR BEST INTENTIONS AT ALL TIMES". This is the standard response that you will get from Pathcare if you lodge a complaint. What a load of baloney. I have not to date received an account from Pathcare, only threatening rude SMS's to notify me of an outstanding debt. Turns out they sent my bill to someone else. They said that they would rectify the error and resend the invoice. Weeks later I receive another SMS stating that I have been handed over to "BAD DEBT COLLECTIONS". What is wrong with first confirming with a client to see if they have indeed received the account? They obviously do not unerstand the basics of business i.e. send a bill, client pays; it is that simple. They also do not seem to understand that making false accusations can lead to legal retaliation. I honestly do not have a problem paying my debts, I just need the paperwork.
