Always some medicine missing

I always phone in my chronic medicine prescription. I then take delivery and am given a sealed pack with the medicines therein. Only to arrive home and find some capsules/tablets are short supplied. On telephonic enquiry am told. Sorry we made a mistake they are here or tablets in short supply will receive new supply soon. Come and pick up. [An unnecessary 20km round trip]. I will be using another Pharmacy in future.

Medirite pharmacists handle both cash/cards. The Medirite pharmacy has a sign "Wash hands". Is this done on a regular basis? After taking a customer's cash/card the next one is served. This is a VERY UNHYGENIC PRACTICE. Many capsules/tablets have to be counted, using a small plastic counting tray and another item to count. These are often on the [Dirty], counter. Is there not a controlling body, looking into unhygienic practices, when handling open capsules/tablets/syrups?

When I used the Transmed Pharmacies "Virtual Care", they treated a repeat prescription as follows. Medicines were supplied once on the original prescription and then six times on the repeat request. A total
of seven times. Medirite only supplies six times. Which is correct?
