TO ALL CONSUMERS DON'T TRUST DISCOVERY

I am writing on my friend's behalf because his english not good I wrote what exactly what on his mind.

I would like to inform Discovery health from the head office to the small staff of you that your service is absolutely pathetic, I have been paying for how long R1600 and absolutely getting a suc..cks service.
I called 0860998877 client services and hospital confirmation. I waited for 37 minute and no one answered all my air time gone and still waiting.
I have to be operation urgently by tomorrow the 11th June 2013 by 08:00am and there is no one to confirm the authorization honestly that's unacceptable.
All I can say shame on you head office for bul... sh... it advertising and marketing. I will never trust you again and for sure I will never allow any one to join you pathetic organisation.
I am sure you too good to reply for compliment but not good to reply to your clients' complain.
