Pre-authorization cancelled on shortnotice

Yet again a pathetic experience with Discovery Health, after receiving my pre-authorization nr#15535568 approving my diaphragm hernia operation on 12/12/2013 the Discovery Health Circus decided to come to town...
This morning, 9am, 11/12/2013, a day before my hospitalization, I've received a sms from Discovery wishing me well for my procedure, BUT later during the morning some circus monkey at Discovery Health decided to around, suddenly without notifying myself immediately Discovery emailed a Personal assessment form to my Surgeon for completion, again needless to say the dr. was already busy in theatre with a hectic schedule not returning to his practice for the day. Needless to say I was only informed this afternoon via the surgeon's practice, hours before being admitted to hospital that the pre-auth approval was cancelled because of this late form request.
I've spend 58minutes of my time on my cell phone bill with 'wise' call centre agents "just doing their best" I should have known better not to waste my time and energy with a call centre. Pardon my language, but figuratively speaking- I'm being -over for the 2nd time this year by Discovery Health, you bigtime!
