It has been 6 months since my younger son was registered for health insurance and 5 months since the older was registered. I have been paying the Vitality membership for both from the beginning. Their policy number is 417072901. The younger has been unable to register for free movies. This issue has been outstanding for long enough now. Discovery is perfectly happy to deduct money out of my account every month but due to bureaucratic bumbling, nobody can be bothered to follow up this problem. The complaint number for my last inquiry is 2 849 828 194. I am living in Egypt and the boys are at school in SA. I am not able to sort this nonsense out myself. Right now, I'd like a refund of the Vitality benefits I have been paying for them as nobody is bothered to help me. As I am away, the main reason I arranged to pay it was so the boys can go to free movies. I am not a member but I have full authority to manage policy. My younger son is the primary member. I had problems from the beginning as both boys minors. Very worried that if they need medical bills paid, they will also be told not possible as their both minors or whatever. Serious mess in procedures need addressing.
