Fathers day with out lunch!

I have called the casino to get the number of quarter deck last week 31/05/2013, and when I contacted the restuarant to make booking for fathers day - it was told to me that the bookings is not open yet,

This week I was told that the bookings is open and there was never a restriction when I had called the prevoius occaison

Today the bookings is full and they do not take names for Cancellation purposes, cause they allready informed other people.

I am disgusted at the way this place operates.
all I wanted was a lunch with my dad,
A special day as I know all the activities that will be sponsored by Grandwest on thje day, but It's pointless coming and no place to lunch.

I think that they should rather work on a first come basis -
