Bad security service, bad attitude

I was at Grandwest Casino Friday 8 November in the ladies bathroom, forgot my phone returned few minutes later phone was missing, with only the cleaners been in the toilet and still confirming it. The cleaner just said theres no phone and acted very defensive. went to report it at the lost and found the lady there was also very rude telling me i cant excuse their staff when i asked if they could see on the camera's. the other securities also just said i wont find the phone now, and my fone was still on and ringing. very disappointed one would think Grandwest is a place of safety, but yet your things get. A hour later my fone was off suspected the sim was destroyed.
