Solar Geyser doesn't maintain hot water in winte

1) Suntank's Solar Geyser system does not work as advertised during winter / cold periods
2) Suntank's lack of willingness to acknowledge and resolve the problem

We've had our Suntank 300 Litre system for over two months now, and are spending more money per month on electricity to heat our water than when we previously used only our 200 litre electric-only geyser.

During winter the water is hot after a day of sunshine, but by 7-8pm when we need to use the hot water (with no hot water usage before this time, as we use it only for evening showers), there is only lukewarm water -- in a 300 litre tank! Not even one person can have a comfortable hot shower; hence, we need to use the electric element to heat up the water, defeating the purpose of having solar.

After multiple tests (their technicians came out 3 or 4 times and said everything is fine(!) and a lot of patience on our part, and pressure tests on our piping system which has proven no fault with our existing house piping (at Suntank's suggestion, and our own expense), Suntank is still unwilling to refund our purchase.

They state their geyser maintains the hot temperature of the water for 24 hours. False advertising claim
