Discovery won't engage with me

I have Common Variable Immune-deficiency - a Primary Immunedeficiency (PID) PMB condition that requires regular infusion (every 28 days) of Polygam. While Discovery does cover the Polygam and transfusion, the process requires extensive administrative work. In addition to annual and sometimes twice-yearly authorisation for Polygam (blood tests, physician's motivation) and monthly hospital authorisations, the process to pay the pharmacy for Polygam leaves my savings account depleted. Discovery is completely unwilling to address the practice that leaves me paying for my daughter's immunisations, speech therapy bills etc. i.e. what savings are intended to pay. I have been told that rather been willing to discuss a standardised process for me and other PID patients, I must call every month to reverse the automatic depletion of my savings. It feels as if Discovery doesn't case about me or other PID patients and how unncessary admin compromises me.
