Chronic registration

We joined Libmed from the 1st of June. never thought i would have so much trouble. I'm sitting with all the mails where my daughter's chronic medication has been approved, i even made double sure, and the chronic department respond to my email, stating, it has been approved. When Medipost submit the claims, they get a phone call from Libmed, telling them to reverse the claims, as they never approved it. I'm furious. My daughter is sitting with a life threatening disease, now i must fight to get all her stuff. Dont know if i must laugh at this. But im not leaving this here. This will certainly go to my lawyer.
