Vitality STRESS for lost money and points

Discovery (unbeknownst to me) terminated my Vitality membership when I migrated employers. It has taken more than a month and they still have not reinstated everything.

To make matters worse, I am now getting bills for full price for items that usually would incur a discount or a cashback - specifically, I am now paying 100% for Virgin Active which is a huge increase and all because Vitality cancelled my status. I am now out of pocket.

I thought Discovery's motive was to ensure clients are stress-free in order to ensure their health and wellbeing? I am undergoing severe stress both emotionally and financially because of this mess and I can feel my heart pounding at a rate of knots. My blood pressure is no doubt through the roof and I will be penalised for this too.
