My name is Judy. My number is 0788475613. Upon joining this scheme, l wasn't told that since l am anaemic, l will have to wait for a full year before they could pay for hospital admission. I am seriously I'll, and l called them yesterday to enquire about the admission, get said no problem, they will authorise it. I went to the hospital today, only to be turned back because they refused to authorize the payment. I had no idea, they gave me a waiting period when l applied and told me it was because l had disclosed the fact that l am anaemic. Now that yet have to pay, its a different story. I spoke to Joyce who told me about the rejection and the one year waiting period. You would assume that that's the kind off info get should tell you before taking your money. And the fact that the one year ends in a months time, will make them consider my health, bit no, its all about money. They dont put their clients first
