Its been almost a year and still no payment!!!

My son was hospitalised in October 2012, a few pathology test was done and payment for some of these test has still not been paid by the medical aid. Its now 7months later, this is really ridiculous!!! My medical benefits for pathology in hospital is unlimited, but bonitas can not even pay a small amount of R1658.10 to Pathcare. I've contacted the call centre numerous times and every time they got an excuse, 1st it was they needed the lab notes, Pathcare send those to them numerous times and even I sent it to them myself (Query number: 050313QSHK38 is proof), then the next excuse was that they needed to inform the manager at the call centre, next they escalated the matter to the manager AGAIN!!! (Ref: 100513QXX6G3), then they promised me payment will be made within a week (ref nr 020513QX8L5L), its been a month since the last call and still no payment!! How many more excuses do you need to come up with before you can make a payment??? I'm sick and tired of calling the call centre and to be promised this matter will be resolved and still has not been after 7 mnths!! Diligently I've paid my monthly premium and now you can't even pay the pathologist which is a benefit!!! REDICULOUS!
