ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

Checked in on the 27th May 2013 and first the rooms given were absolutely filthy, 3 rooms provided had so much dust and stench as if no proper cleaning had been done for days. The we decided to go for dinner that evening at Yizani, I have never and I mean never experienced such appalling service. First I had to wait 2 hrs for my dinner (Fish) which should have been 20 minutes and it was raw. A colleague of mine got his food and as he was chewing, he finds a huge chunk of glass. The piece was as big as a R2 coin and we show the manager in charge he says nothing but he will discuss with the kitchen staff. End of story!! While still in shock about all this, one of the waitress is clearing tables and then drops a bowl full of butter sauce on the floor. It splatters all over us, messing the my other colleagues suede boots, pants and our bags. Instead we have to ask for stuff to clean the mess up, everyone was just avoiding us. After a while the manager says no he will inform the GM in the morning regarding the incident, to date no one has phoned or even apologised. It was just too much for one night and I guess you've lost our company's business as no will ever stay there again.
