Ruined special evening due to staff and food

I went to the kraal kombuis to have a special anniversary dinner with my fiance last Sat night. We were greeted by a bad tempered waitress who barked at us to follow her. I had to shout after her that sorry I do have a reservation and would like to sit on the deck. Before we even sat down she demands our drink orders. I ask for a wine list, to which she sighs and runs off. After ordering drinks she grabs our menus telling us tonight is a buffet and they are too busy to cook. I had to explain we are vegetarians and that won't work. Clearly the chef shared her feelings as our food was horrendous. The halloumi was soggy, the pizza only garlic, the pita came with butter and no dip, and my ravioli undercooked and tasteless. Had this not been my anniversary I would have called on the manager, but I didn't want to upset my fiance. Just by the way when we left at 2130, they had a full 4 tables, I can see they were way too busy to give us proper food or service. They are over priced, the decor looks like a mike's kitchen, the staff are incompetent and the chefs need to wake up. Four star? Who did they bribe to get that?!?
