Yet again Liberty worse medical aid by far!!!

Yet again another year and dropping further down the food chain..and the best of all if I compare the options beneath mine they actually pay a lot less but have more benefits than me... so imagine this we pay R6000 every month and our day to day benefit is R6876 which basically should cover 4 ppl for a whole year for EVERYTHING excluding in hospital care... now we had to take my daughter to emergency room at around midnight the following day I phoned for authorization which I received but that whole visit Hospital Fee R2701, Doctor Fee between R640 and R1300 and Leg brace have been deducted from my SAVINGS... she has to go for an operation on her leg not to my surprise do I have to find out my co payment on the procedure is R3700... if you calculate our payments to liberty the last 3years through Tax info we paid R169 445 in monthly payments and "claims not paid" which we received R19 445 in "benefits" do you really call that benefits??? Liberty Health has let me down yet again and looking at all of these comments I am not the only one so WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT??? WE AS MEMBERS WILL NO LONGER STAND BEING RIPPED OF LIKE THIS!!!
