Unprofessional unaccountable

After the traumatic experience of our baby nearly dying at birth and spending 4 weeks in ICU. Lancet labs decide to incorrectly submit the claims for blood works under the wrong patient name and incorrect claim codes. Between them and Discovery Health who just paid the claim from our medical savings and depleted the entire amount and rejected the balance because we ran out of funds. Lancet now are claiming we owe then the balance. I have made 4 attempts to get them to sort it out. All they needed to do was put the claim though as a hospital claim and all would be sorted. They have done nothing. They are now sending SMS'S demanding payment. What is the matter with these stupid people why can't they do their job properly
Lancet sort out your mess!!! You created I even have a letter in writing from Lizette Samson on the 16th may assuring me it will be fixed. As of today's date nothing has been done!!!
