On the 14th of May 2013, after my exam I went through to Specksavers Maponya mall, after a numerous calls and text from them, to come fetch my glasses, I have gone previously and was told that their system, or speedpoints are not working as I needed to top up the amount paid by my medical aid. so when I got there on the 14th the lady that was there was busy on a personal call, on her mobile, I had to wait for her to finish with her call, when she was ready to attend me, she didn't even acknowledge nor apologise for keeping me waiting, I carried on with my transaction, when she gave me my spectacles to check, I realized that the sun glasses were worn out., I was so upset cause all along they have been harassing me with calls, and texting me in capital letters to come fetch my spectacles, and that is what I get, when I told her I am not happy, and that everytime I come to them there is always an issue, she didn't care, when I wanted to cancel, she said the sun glasses are free in any case, and I have a witness as I was with a friend. so I told her I wanted the transaction reversed, cause id rather go where ill be appreciated, im still waiting for a call to fetch my lenses, or a text
