My name is Theron and I booked at Tsogo Sun on Sunday night for the PSL Awards. From the reception desk, my stay was already a pleasant one due to teh approach I received from both gentlemen, Martin and Oupa. They greeted us from metres away, very rare you find male receptionists smiling at male clients but they did. They were simply the best, considering the fact that it was at night and I was tired. No matter how hard I refused Martin to carry our bags, he put pride a=and escorted us to our rooms. I was left speechless and realised that true customer service does not need to be demanded. I am grateful and really, Tsogo Sun needs employees like the 2, it does...
