Worst Medical Aid Service

I chose a medical aid option with a savings account, after about 6 months I found out I don't have one and I have been paying for one. They don't pay out any of my medicine. The reply to emails after a week or 2. They deducted the wrong amount from my account, still haven't received my refund. They don't pay any claims even if you follow the whole process of using their Dr's. They have put the phone down in my ear twice for no reason after I have spent R100 airtime trying to find someone to help me and at the end of the day no one helped me.

You pay for nothing at Momentum and just get robbed, I am still paying medical bills that they didn't pay out.
