Resolution health is the worst

In February my wife phoned Resolution's call centre and was told to go ahead and get a breast prosthesis. Her old one (over 10 years old) was no longer serviceable. We got one, paid cash for it and the claim was submitted. It is now June and I have still not been paid in spite of all the paper work being submitted months ago
The problem seems to be that the place we got the prosthesis from is not a pharmacy or doctor registered with them but I am not sure as they refuse to answer my weekly emails asking for progress on the claim. Another problem seems to be that there was no pre-authorisation but no mention was made when my wife phoned them to get permission.
I have since left Resolution and have joined Fedhealth which is amazingly efficient and would recommend everybody to leave the absolutely useless Resolution.
Please, Resolution, answer my emails and if that is too difficult then just reimburse what I paid. if you are going to phone please get somebody who can speak clearly.
