OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS FROM 2 YEARS BACK

I am really VERY unhappy, in my entire life have I never seen such service... every single call I had with resolution was 25minutes and all that money for what??? I gave birth on the 9th of Feb 2011 this was not paid and still going for the 3rd year. AFTER ive been ITC'd. the ONLY answer I got every single time is "sorry mam this is a still claim" NO other advice was provided. I then told I have all the proof of the submission, re submission courier delivering it BY HAND to resolutions head offices and signed for just a week after the op. I was promised there someone will look into this and still NO response. I phoned this morning and I was then told DR VAN DER MERWE'S account they need proof. I DO NOT EVEN KNOW dr van der merwe. Then I was told I got confused with someone else and I had to provide my
Membership no again, after everybody was on the same page after 23minutes and holding the line 4 times I got told AGAIN feedback would be given. Ive had to pay the debt collectors in cash my name is on ITC THANKS TO RESOLUTION HEALTH.
