Rude therapists

On the 10th of June I decided to treat my mother for a birthday treatment we both decided to have a pedicure, needless to say we were handed over to two very rude therapist who discussed myself and my mother in their own language thinking we could not understand them, the one told the other to stop after having a good laugh! Not only were we miss treated in this store but this therapist was very rude to her manager as well, I am a lecturer at a beauty college in jhb and would like to say my first year beauty therapy students have performed better pedicures on their first attempts, this therapist not only damaged my nail wall but continued to apply acetone to the damaged skin I assume in the attempts to stop the bleeding???

I am very disappointed as I have been a frequent customer of the dream nails franchise I hope they see to this problem as I am sure this is not the kind of professional image they wish to portray.
