Medicross
Rude & incompetent. Left feeling worse

We went to Medicross Edenvale today on the 20th of May, 2013. My partners ear has been blocked for 5 days, and she has had flu like symptoms. Now most people would say this is an infection. But not these people. We arrived and had to open a new file, long story short the 2 ladies that were helping us were extremely UNHELPFUL. They made a mistake and wrote the wrong doctors name on the file, only realizing after we had been waiting for 45 minutes. Again, very rude and unhelpful. After 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting, my partner finally went in. Only to come out with a prescription for a whole lot of pills and ear drops, and now 2 blocked ears. They could not see anything in her ear and still proceeded to try and clean them with liquid that was much to hot. R400.00 later, excluding any medication, she feels worse. It was the most ridiculous doctors visit i have ever been to. If my partner is not well in the next couple of days i would like a full refund for the totally useless service, that did not even help. If i wanted horrid service i would have gone to a public hospital and paid R20.00.
