My partner and I visited Ciao Baby, Clearwater Mall, last night. I was surprised to see that they don't bring bread baskets-one has to order a heavy foccacia laden with cheese. Also, they don't bring parmesan cheese to the table for foccacia or pasta-you have to request it. And, when you do, the waiter grinds it for you-they don't leave a bowl of parmesan on the table. I think it's a very cheap way to save a buck from a smart Italian restuarant!
