Worse service EVER

My mom is in hospital at Constantiaburg Medi cross, I went to the restuarant in the Hospital (Constantia Medi Cafe). after sitting down and waiting for over 10 minutes for someone to bring me a menu, another couple sits down and gets served, and everyone working there just seemed to ignore more. So i got up and left. An hour later I returned and the same thing happens again... You are at a hospital because someone is ill or in surgery, and all you want is a cup of coffee and something to eat, and you just get ignored by the staff at this restaurant. they are to busy chatting up the hospital staff and having a fat gossip instead of serving their customers. I waited again more that ten minutes, and then I go and ask to be helped... they all just stand around as if they are doing me a favor.. I have to be at that hospital everyday for the next two weeks, and am dreading going for a coffee, because of the non existent service... and really bad attitude. The manager is just as clueless when i spoke to him, he thinks offering me a free coffee will sort everything out, then when i finally got my bill he still charged me for my coffee... what a cheak...
