Poor service and blackmailing threats

On the 19th October 2012 I sent a complaint to Discovery in relation to poor service and blacklisting threats to me. A Discovery employee by the name of Sanvir Sing failed to explain the money he demanded from me, but jumped into making threats of blacklisting my name. Since then, the matter remains unresolved. Their pending reference numbers are as follows: 2643349164, 546390126, 546996760, 2646685527, 1064547894, 2633273195 and 543442846.

Discovery has failed to resolve my query. I always indicated my interest in working together with the organisation to get an understanding and reach a solution, but there is no cooperation from their side. The above reference numbers are an indication of all my attempts in resolving the matter with them and they were even failing to respond within time frames as set by themselves. They have now started colluding with First National Bank (FNB) to do whatever they like on my FNB Cheque Account, helping themselves with my money without my consent or atleast communicating to me before doing so.
