Executive Relationship Manager excellent - Danita

After struggling to get any response from Discovery Health and shoddy service from their call centre, what a pleasure it was to deal with Danita de Witt. She was very professional and took the time to listen and did not raise any expectations by me. She however did promise to do her best to investigate my complaint and get back to me in a few days time. She actually got back to me long before the agreed upon date and helped resolve my issue. Danita under promised and over delivered, which is all we can asked for. I hope others in the organisation follows her example. This has gone a long way in restoring some faith in Discovery Health.
