I made a complaint on the 11 June 2013 and then got a phone call and a reply from Danita on the 13 June 2013, which i was happy with. I was kept up-to-date with what was happening and was asked to please respond to her reply on Hello Peter and she will let me know the outcome of the meeting that the rep was going to have with my chosen doctor about them being a dispensing doctor. So having been kept up-to-date previous i thought i would just respond on Hello Peter. BIG MISTAKE... i haven't heard a word from Danita since... don't know what the outcome was... and i am still paying for my medicine... not impressed at all.
I will be cancelling my medical aid with discovery.

They don't care, as long as the status on Hello Peter is a good one, they are happy.
I am so sick and tired of been taken for a ride, all i ever do it pay, pay and pay some more and for what...
