PATHETIC AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD BILLING

I received a letter in the post from ITC advising I have 20 working days to pay an outstanding bill which I did pay and faxed through proof of payment too 012 678 1151. My account with Ampath is paid in full the money reflects on my account. When i called the Ampath call centre on 012 678 1001i was put through to a Miss Lulama Mahononi. When i explained to her i had paid my acc in full and faxed proof of payment and that i didnt want a bad credit record or any ITC nonsense she cut me off and rudely told me "dont say nonsense you owe us money and must pay it now" she proceeded to insult me further and when i requested to speak to a manager or another consultant she refused. Her service is disgusting and i am even further disgusted and frustrated at receiving letters from ITC when i have paid the account. I have since emailed a Mrs Jacobs on [Email Removed] regarding the matter and awaiting feedback. I myself work in a call centre enviroment and would never deliver no expect such disgusting service.
