Poor service from claims department

I forwarded a claim to discovery on the 18 April for a 6 week antenatal class program which I had to pay in full UPFRONT. After disagreeing with Nkosi Mthembu in the claims department on the process he refused to put me through to his manager to continue the conversation. He was rude and completely unprofessional in his refusal to put me through to his senior. Discovery is holding onto money that should be reimbursed to me which is in my opinion illegal.
