Text reminders regarding a fully paid account

I have been receiving text message from DCCM regarding an outstanding amount that I owe to discovery, I'm not sure whether do they reconcile their bank statement to check payments made or even the reference number that they give us are valid. Because I have made a payment on the 7th of March 2013 and email them proof of payment the very same day. my email was acknowledged by Nathaniel Perumal with the ref number 2760237635. they even went further by putting a judgment under my name on the credit bereau. I'm currently unemployed and when I apply for jobs that listing keeps on coming up and my experience is in the financial industry. Daniel Ramafoko sent me a confirmation email on the 26th of April 2013 that my payment has been allocated to my account but on the 4th of May 2013 another text was sent and worst part was sent to my sisters cell number stating I still owe them. I need this matter to be resolved as soon possible because I have already paid the account in full.
