Huge disapointment

After calling (from my cell) correctly choosing the relevant prompts, I ended up in the wrong department - when was told to hang-on whilst being re-ruted, I asked them to rather call me back (have to save money on my cellphone costs) that was at 11:35am yesterday... when should I expect the call back? 24hrs later! That's ridiculous since my call related to a serious matter?

So unlike Discovery.
